Foundation Workshop: high performance for one team

Foundation Workshop: high performance for one team

Every fast-growing team reaches a point where the thing slowing it down is no longer the work. It is what happens between the people doing the work. Decisions that should take an hour take a week. The same tension surfaces in every meeting and gets named in none of them. Everyone feels it. No one says it.

The Foundation Workshop is where that gets put on the table. It is a focused half-day for one team, built to surface the real obstacle to high performance and start clearing it.

What I do

The workshop is built on the Lencioni model, which starts with the foundation every high-performing team shares: trust. Over around three and a half hours, I take the team below the surface of how they work together, to the patterns and unspoken frictions that are actually holding them back. This is not generic team-building. We work on the real business dynamic, the one that shows up in your results.

It runs in three parts. A forty-minute online intake beforehand, so I understand the friction, the culture, and the goals before we start. The workshop itself, where what is unspoken finally gets named. And an evaluation afterwards, with clear recommendations and a roadmap for what comes next.

What this is not

This is not a fun day out that feels good and changes nothing by Monday. It is not a set of icebreakers and personality tests. And it is not a lecture: the work happens in the room, between the people, not on a slide.

Who this is for

A team that needs to perform at a higher level, or one where something is off that no one has managed to name. A management team, a department, or a new layer of managers feeling the strain of fast growth.

What it includes

A forty-minute online intake. The half-day workshop, facilitated directly by me. An evaluation with concrete recommendations and a roadmap. You leave with a precise read on where the team is stuck, unspoken issues resolved, renewed energy, and clear agreements on how the team will work together and take ownership going forward.

Investment: €2,500 to €3,000, depending on group size. Excluding VAT and location.
