From there, we design a programme that runs for three to twelve months depending on the size and complexity of the organisation. It combines 1:1 coaching at the leadership level, team trajectories for the key teams, and facilitated sessions that work across the layers — creating a shared language, shared awareness, and shared practices that persist after we are gone.
