Who we are
Loman Leadership is a leadership coaching and development practice operated by Mees Loman, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

1. Services
Loman Leadership provides leadership coaching, team development, and organisational leadership programmes as described on this website. The specific scope, deliverables, duration, and investment for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
All services are delivered directly by Mees Loman. Loman Leadership does not subcontract work to third parties without your explicit agreement.
2. Proposals and agreements
A coaching or development engagement begins when both parties have agreed on a written proposal. This proposal constitutes the agreement for that engagement and takes precedence over any general terms where they conflict.
The Leadership Scan is available free of charge and does not constitute the start of a paid engagement.
3. Payment
Invoices are issued as agreed in the proposal, typically at the start of an engagement or per milestone. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
For engagements of €1.000 or more, we may request a deposit of 50% before work begins.
Late payments may incur statutory interest under Dutch law (Wettelijke handelsrente).
All prices are exclusive of VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Individual sessions: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be rescheduled at no cost.
Team and group sessions: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than five business days notice will be charged at 50% of the agreed fee. Sessions cancelled with less than two business days notice will be charged in full.
Trajectories: If you wish to discontinue a coaching trajectory after it has begun, you are liable for the sessions already delivered. Sessions not yet delivered will not be charged, provided written notice of discontinuation is given.
Force majeure: If a session cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (illness, emergency), we will reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Confidentiality
Everything discussed in coaching sessions is confidential. We do not share the content of sessions with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is serious risk of harm.
For team engagements, individual session content remains confidential. Group insights, patterns, themes, and recommendations may be shared with the commissioning organisation in aggregated and anonymised form, as agreed upfront.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, tools, frameworks, and methodologies used or developed by Loman Leadership remain the intellectual property of Loman Leadership. You may use materials shared with you for internal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without written permission.
7. Liability
Loman Leadership provides coaching and development services in good faith. We are not liable for decisions made by clients as a result of coaching, or for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount invoiced for the engagement in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us at hello@lomanleadership.com. We will respond within five business days and work with you to find a resolution.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available at lomanleadership.com/terms-and-conditions. Existing engagements are governed by the terms in effect at the time of agreement.
