What we do

Every team trajectory begins with the Leadership Scan for every member of the team. This gives us a picture of what is actually going on — the energy patterns, the ego-patterns under pressure, the dynamics that are working and the ones that are not.

From the results, we build a programme that fits the situation. That might be a single full-day session. It might be four half-days over three months. It might be a multi-session trajectory that runs alongside a specific challenge the team is navigating. What it will never be is a generic team-building day that everyone forgets by Thursday.

The sessions are built around four domains, in whatever combination the scan suggests is most needed: Connection and Trust, Honest Conversations, Values and Direction, and Leadership Capacity. We use methods developed and tested inside Google's leadership development programmes, combined with the Ego Scan from Authentiek Leiderschap, Theory U, and Systemic Coaching.
