What data we collect and why
Contact form and email When you reach out via our contact form or email, we collect your name and email address. We use this to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
Leadership Scan When you complete the Leadership Scan, we collect your responses to the questionnaire and the results generated from those responses. This data is used to provide you with personalised feedback and, if you choose to follow up, as the starting point for a coaching conversation. We do not share your scan results with third parties.
Website analytics Our website may collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time spent, device type). This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve the website.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries and provide requested information
Contract — to deliver coaching and development services you have engaged us for
Consent — where you have explicitly agreed to receive communications from us
How long we keep your data
We retain contact and scan data for a maximum of two years after our last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed with you as part of an ongoing coaching relationship.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver our services (for example, the platform that hosts the Leadership Scan). Any third-party processors we use are bound by data processing agreements and comply with GDPR.
