Our services
Loman Leadership provides:
- Individual leadership coaching trajectories
- Team development programmes
- Organisation-wide leadership programmes
- The Leadership Scan (online diagnostic tool)
- Workshops, training sessions, and facilitated sessions
Proposals and agreements
All engagements begin with a written proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment. An agreement is formed when the client confirms acceptance of the proposal in writing (by email or signed document).
Loman Leadership reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion.
Fees and payment
- Fees are stated in the proposal and are exclusive of VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
- For multi-session programmes, a deposit of 50% is due upon agreement. The remainder is invoiced upon completion or as agreed in the proposal.
- Late payments may be subject to statutory interest under Dutch law.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Individual sessions:
- Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice: no charge.
- Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice: the session will be charged in full.
Workshops and team programmes:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the session: 50% of the agreed fee.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the session: 100% of the agreed fee.
- Loman Leadership reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness or force majeure. In this case, no fee will be charged and an alternative date will be offered.
Confidentiality
Loman Leadership treats all information shared by clients as strictly confidential. This includes personal information, business information, and the content of coaching or facilitation sessions.
Clients agree to treat any materials, frameworks, or tools provided by Loman Leadership as confidential and for their own use only.
Intellectual property
All materials, frameworks, scan tools, and documents created by Loman Leadership remain the intellectual property of Loman Leadership, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise these materials without prior written consent.
Liability
Loman Leadership provides services to the best of its professional ability. However:
- Coaching and leadership development are processes with outcomes that depend on the active participation and commitment of the client.
- Loman Leadership cannot guarantee specific results.
- Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question.
- Loman Leadership is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always published on this page with the date of last update.
